This legal notice applies to wartung.kayba.de including its subdomains, the Kayba customer area and Kayba's publicly accessible information and service offerings, unless a different provider is identified there.

Target audience notice

The website checks, WordPress maintenance services and related contract offers are exclusively for businesses within § 14 BGB, legal persons under public law and special funds under public law. No contractual offer is made to consumers.

Security reports are reviewed confidentially; this does not authorise unagreed interventions, load tests or access to third-party systems.

Dispute resolution

Kayba is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration body. As the offer is exclusively for business customers, no consumer contracts are offered. The former European online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025; no link to that platform is therefore provided.
