We discuss the number of websites, technical requirements and division of tasks. Special agreements are documented; existing customer contracts do not change automatically as a result.

Your cockpit provides read-only access. No passwords, restores, contract cancellations or changes to customer systems. Each permission remains individually traceable and revocable.
Your own brand name applies to the agency portal. Kayba remains responsible for invoice issuance, customer emails and technical operations. This does not promise a complete white-label offering.
Agency or referral partner?
Agency partnership: You support existing customers over the long term and keep track of their authorised websites. Kayba handles the agreed technical operations.
Referral programme: You introduce a suitable contact without being involved in ongoing care. The focus here is the one-time 50-€ referral payment under the applicable terms.
Existing entitlements to remuneration remain unaffected. Referrals and commissions are available in a separate, secondary section of the agency portal.

Request agency cockpit accessReferrals and data access remain separate.
Optional attribution through referral links still requires active consent. The website check remains usable without consent. Kayba grants agency read-only access independently after documented customer authorisation; it does not depend on the marketing checkbox.
Clear limits for referral links
Only after active consent do we keep the partner reference in the current tab's Session Storage for at most 30 minutes. We do not use fingerprinting. Aggregated link visits contain no visitor identifier and do not represent unique individuals. Details and withdrawal options are set out in the privacy notice.
