Check interval ≠ response time

Monitoring detects technical signals at the agreed interval. It is not a promise of immediate repair or a 24/7 on-call service. Binding response times require a separate agreement.

Maintenance ≠ new development

The monthly change budget covers small agreed content changes. Major repairs, malware removal, new features and hosting are not generally included.

Backup ≠ proof of restoration

Transfer and integrity are verified. An actually performed restoration test is shown separately; the backup count does not replace it.
